These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the relationship between you and Broadhead Contracting (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms or you must refrain from using them.

2. Client Guidelines

Clients must:

1. Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and industry standards.
2. Provide accurate, complete, and timely information when engaging with us and throughout the course of our working relationship.
3. Use services lawfully and avoid activities that disrupt operations, personnel, or other clients.

By utilizing our communication channels, you agree to respect our standard business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. MST) unless prior arrangements exist. In the event of an emergency, you may contact us at (602) 782-5642.

3. Changes to Terms of Service

Broadhead Contracting reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Website postings constitute notice, and continued service use implies acceptance of modifications.

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
